The QM2-2S10G1TB card need new EC18 to work. Download the attached QY47EF18.BIN file and apply the update with an SSH connection to the NAS with following steps below:

1. hal_app --update_ec_fw file=QY47EF18.BIN 

2. hal_app --reset_ec_fw

3. shutdown NAS and remove power.

4. Insert power and boot up.
